Welcome to Module 3 – Surviving the Cash Flow Woes! If you haven’t already, we suggest going through Module 1 – Introduction to Financial Literacy. There we set up everything you’ll need to know to get the most out of every other module in out Entrepreneurial Recipe Online series. In this module, we will be delving into one of the most crucial aspects of financial management: cash flow.

Nothing is more haunting than cash flow woes; believe me. As I researched and wrote the cash flow module, I asked myself how many times I could have benefited from the information presented in this Module.

I’ll admit that the seat-of-the-pants approach could have been fatal; it was grace. Frequent monitoring of the balance sheet accounts – inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable was an absolute necessity. Understanding the impact of the cash flow budget is a must for a fledgling entrepreneur’s survival.

As you continue your journey in entrepreneurship, there will be many bumps and detours. However, this course is designed to help introduce you to many online resources that will help you overcome the obstacles and succeed in your entrepreneurial endeavors.
